Payment Policy

Currency

All prices on this store are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order to the United States, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We only display methods that are actually available for your order, so what you see at checkout is what you can use.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at the moment you place your order. If a payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, the order is not created and nothing is charged.

Payment security

Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not see, handle or store your full card number — that information goes directly to the payment provider. Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant.

Taxes and duties

Any applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners outside the United States, so customs or import charges may apply on arrival. If they do, the carrier will let you know before delivery. Failed or duplicate payments

If you see a pending charge for an order that was not created, it is an authorisation hold from your bank and it will drop off by itself, usually within a few business days. If it does not, email us at info@sineyo.com with the date and amount and we will look into it.
