Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to customers across the United States.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our supplier partner.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy. We'd rather give you an accurate estimate than an optimistic one, so please check that page for the current transit times.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to the United States — there is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.
My package hasn't arrived / arrived damaged
Email us at info@sineyo.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item needs to be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, and we'll need proof of purchase. Email info@sineyo.com to start a return and we'll send you instructions. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.
When do I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What can't be returned?
Gift cards, custom-made or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care products and hazardous materials. Everything else in our range can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for the full list.
Products & care
What are your throws made of?
Depending on the piece: plush faux fur, sherpa fleece or knit. The exact composition is listed on each product page.
How do I wash a faux fur throw?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, on its own, with a mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or air dry flat, then shake the pile out once it's dry. Never iron faux fur. Full care instructions per material are in our Size & Care Guide.
Do you sell heated or electric blankets?
No — that's a deliberate choice. Everything we sell is warm by construction, not by wiring.
What size should I choose?
Dimensions are listed on each product page. As a rule of thumb: a throw size suits a sofa or armchair, and a larger size suits a bed. See the Size & Care Guide for the measurements.
Do you sell anything besides throws?
Our range is built around throws and blankets. For the holiday season we also offer a small selection of Christmas advent calendars.
